Well basically it was a guy saying how everytime he pulls next to a loud muscle car his car stalls and he was like is my car just scared of muscle cars help. Yeah they must have deleted it because they knew what kind of response they would get if they left it up.
If it was, then the whole thread was. There were many responses to the original post all agreeing with what was said. It seemed like the consensus was the stock MAF caused the problem. It very well could have been a hoax, but it was a good one
