ex2 or predetor which is easiest to use

i know im no computer wize but this ex2 software is a pain to install.i cant get the computer to reconize the tuner for love or money.ive done looked at how to videoes til im blue in the face,read differant users posts,and still cant get this mess to work.it should be a lot easier than this.all i want to do is change the shifting in the transmission but im lost.those of you with the predetor is it any easier to use than this ex2?i cant even get tunes from other tuners cause this mess want hook up to my computer.so,is the predetor as bad or is it easier to use or what.if only they would make it for a mac!

From what i hear, you might be better with the excal if you have an automatic like it sounds. The predator can't adjust shift timing i don't think. correct me if i'im wrong.

run us throught the steps you are doing, so someone can tell you where you went wrong.

ive downloaded the programs,updates and drivers.im not sure if the drivers are installed but havent figured out why.i dont ever get to the part with the green bar where the tuner is supposed to link to the computer.
