Sweet! The exhaust vibration fix is exactly what I've been waiting for since I bought my 05. With the front popping fix, and 10k mile maint, my local dealer is about to be very busy with my car.

Thanks for the TSBs. I can't imagine a Ford tech following all of the procedures outlined in the acid spotting TSB. Never happen IMHO.

Actually, no. Its a vibration noise, at very low rpm (idle, in drive) and usually only when the engine is still cold.

afixer.... I love you man! Last few times I have taken the new Pony into the dealer for service, I make sure that I inform my service advisor that I am part of a forum that shares the TSBs... Sadly, you guys usually have more info on this car than the advisors do.. .LOL...

Thanks... I have been complaining about the exhaust vibration the last 2-3 trips and kept being told it was "Normal"... "You want your car to sound like that"... Not unless I am in a 990 HP NASCAR I don't..... LOL...

Thanks again... Going to call my advisor in the morning armed with my new data!
