If I installed a Magnapack cat-back on my new GT will it void the warrenty?
And is there any possible way that a cat-back will damage my car?

Yes!

With respect to the stock catback, because you altered it. The rest of the exhaust will still be under warranty, unless you damaged it during the installation of your new catback.
