There is an extended waranty on any emission related item including the cats, they should be replaced under warranty. However this could be a problem given you location. Definitly look for a custom tune adjusted to sweedish octane levels...

But are two cats just as good for exhaust emissions like four are?
In other words, can I mustang -01 in USA pass the emission whit only two cats?

I passed strict california emmisions with 2 cats but i'm not sure how different it is there in Sweden.

Okej.. no it´s not that strict her in Sweden, that I know!
I just spoken whit another guy her in Sweden that has a two cats x pipe, and he passed whit almost zero on all emmisions... so ther has to be another problem whit my car, maby the cats are broken... =/
