my car had a exhaust leak and was making a ticking noise inside the car so i fixed the header gasket and test drove the car no ticking and no leaks so today i drove the car and it started ticking again, what could be causing this to happen this is the 2nd header gasket i put on since rebuilding the engine which now has about 300 miles on it and sounds like i have another exhaust leak what do you guys think.

did you check out the header bolts... see if any walked out on you?? i had that problem... i just put in lock waskers on my car and threw in some red rtv on the gaskets. have not blown a exhaust gasket yet, since
