Get a Ranger header. I just got mine an hour ago via UPS, I bought it off ebay.

You could go with a Ranger header, it is from my understanding pretty much a direct bolt on. Also, pacesetter makes a 2.3 header, you could take a look at that. http://www.pacesetterexhaust.com/headers_detail.htm I'm not sure if that is a longtube header or not though. Hope some of this helps. Also, use the search this forum tool and look for exhaust header threads. There are all over the forum and the same question has been asked and answered about a thousand times. Just something to know.

freakintiger how much did ya pay for your ebay header? I wanted to get one but they rarely show up on there and when they do some asshat wants to pay something ridiculous like $110. I finally checked out a couple junkyards, only 1 had one, they ripped me $75 for the stupid thing...

I guess it's my own fault, I saw a buy it now item for $45 and passed it up.

As for advice. Don't stick die grinders in there trying to do a tite ass port job yo. The valve stem seals don't like that. I have them out on the bench if you wanna ask them. It's usually a good idea to put anti-seize on exhaust fasteners, but for the header bolts I left em dry and used blue loctite to keep em there.
