What year GT's? The Mach 1 tips have rolled edges so they may appear larger than 94-98 GT's. The stock tips on 99-04 GT's are larger than the 94-98GT's.

The stock Mach 1 exhaust tip should be 2 1/2".

They are 3" OD just like the GT tips, but are rolled.

The cat-back piping is 2 1/4"

I have a pair that were cut off a Mach 1 with 50 miles..i paid $40 for them but never used them

I cant decide weather to buy the Mach tips or wait and get some 3.5" rolled tips, also thought of getting straight cut instead of the slash, I seen Bullitt the other day with straight cut rolled tips and it looked sweet!

I thought the same thing. That's why i bought the Mach 1 tips. The thing was the piping on my Flowmaster cat-back was 2.5" and the mach tips are 2.25" where you would weld them on.

I decided to go MRT rolled tips. You can get 3", and a little bit longer than the mach's tips are. I never got them though. Decided to sell the car

So much for doing a search over at Mach1registry. I could'nt remember what size they were either, so I looked it up and someone wrote they were 2 1/2". I had my stock exhaust taken off after a couple months back when I bought my Mach four years ago. I think 3 1/2" tips look best. I think 4" tips are too big.
