So this is something that I have noticed alot over the past few months. Everytime I see an Expedition I cannot help but to look at the rims and think they kind of look like the Edelbrock rims that they put on the Eleanor clones and such. Now I have a nice pair of Magnums that I am not thinking of replacing but I was curious to whether or not the Expedition rims could fit on a early Mustang. Are they 5 lug? Same pattern? They must be at least 16's so I bet they would fill up our wheel wells nicely.

Anyway, it is something I have been noticing so I thought I would try to calm my curiosity.

Thanks

Probably not, the new Ford F-series have a 5 on 135mm bolt circle which I don't think translates to 5 on 4.5" ...why not just get the Edelbrocks?

I don't plan on putting them on my car. I was just thinking that they kind of look like the Edelbrocks. From that I was curious if they have the same bolt pattern.

Edelbrock doesn't make them anymore.

You talkin these rims???

Those are the 2003-04 Expedition rims. They are different dimensions than previous years. All the rim amnufacturers were pissed that they had to make new sizes. They are 17" but I think the bolt pattern and offsets are funky.

Not those rims, I think the rims I am talking about are a few years older than those. If I can find a picture I will post it.

Personally, I had the same idea about those nice Lightning rims on the SVT 150s.
