Well I found the culprit

The O ring was all bent out of shape. I replaced a few of the upper o rings and put them in the rail then put them in the intake carefully. About to prime the fuel pump a few good times before I throw the upper back on. I disconnected the feed line to the rail to give me leverage on that side only and broke my little plastic tool. RIP harbor freight quick disconnect

Well, hopefully final update. Car is all back together and no leaks so far. I’m going to look over everything closely for the next few days to make sure. I’ve already done one retorque on the lower intake but I’ll probably do one more to be safe. Car seems to run great and the explorer injectors really feel nice. The car starts up so much better and idles far better.

I’m glad it’s finally over though I really messed my back up with this project and am now on heating pad duty for a few days lol. Big thanks to everyone on here for all of the help
