F-150 5.4L

Just like to know did Ford make a F-150 like this? 1997-2003 Ford F150 2WD Regular Cab Flareside with the 5.4L (I can find alot with the 4.6) But I would like to have the 5.4L?

Yes the 5.4 was available...

Thanks wytstang, I know they had the 5.4 in the 4X4, but I like to have the 5.4 in the 2WD Regular Cab Flareside F-150, now I need to find one. (sleeper)

(all that motor, none of that extra weight) I was looking on some F-150 site that a stock 5.4 makes 260 hp and 350 tq. If I get one I am thinking about some Comp cams, Full exhaust, gms mass air sensor, throttle body, gears, Zex nitrous (75hp) and pulleys if I can find them.

theres one like that here in town. Pretty sure its only a 2wd has Boss decals on it. I'll have to see if I can get some pics. Its bright yellow pretty nice looking truck.

there are too many trims on F-150s, go to MSN autos and look there are seriously about 20 different trims; I cant keep up with it all

I thought that that combination was only available with a Lightning, which also had a blower on top.

If you're gonna buy a NA one and dump money into it for speed, I'd bet you'd spend less in total buying the lightning from the same year, and then chipping it.

Call Don @ LaSota racing, they do some nasty things with just a chip.

I would love to have a Lightning, put I need a Truck that I can drive every day (I just cant put a lot of miles on a Lightning.(I would Feel bad for the truck) but Just a F-150 with mods, I would put a 100,000+ miles on it and not look back.
