How much vacuum should I have at idle with a F-cam? I am showing 17 and I think that is high. I was thinking a stock cam showed 17 . Does this mean I have a vacuum leak some where?

Thanks. I was just wondering because I saw a video of a car with a F-cam and the gauges was only showing like 10 or 11lbs of vacuum. So your saying that with a vacuum leak, it would read lower because I thought it would the opposite.

A vac leak will decrease the resistance for air entering the intake, so the vac signal will decrease.

Vac signal will vary from car to car.

You are good with 17"

Vac cans can help with this.
Several companies produce them.
Try Comp Cams first to get an idea of what they look like.
I am pretty sure they offer one.
