Here's the Situation i turn the car in the on position, axuillary, turn it on the front fan turns on and runs constantly and doesn't shut off. how can i fix this? to make it turn on at a certain temp instead of constantly?
I would look to make sure someone didnt rewire it to do so. Look at the CCRM at Pin 14 and Pin 17. Note if there are any wires splices to those wires.
You can also use your meter to check for 12 volts at pin 14 and ground at pin 17. Either would indicate that someone rewired the fan (this latter method allows for you to detect if someone spliced into the wiring elsewhere than at the CCRM).
The life of the fan motor will be reduced. Having the fan spin when the car is not up to temps is kinda useless (for the fan and charging system).
I would go over the wiring harnesses that you touched during the starter install (I am having a time trying to figure out what you could have touched, but if someone did rewiring for the fan, who knows). All one can do is check the Pin values at the CCRM and check things that you were near during the other install.
i don't ever remember the fan being on constantly though, i always thought the fan ran only when it reached the certain temp. but i dunno what i could of hit to make it do that. thats weird. i just don't wanna be replacing more stuff on the car. i would rather do mods instead

You really should not have to replace stuff on the car. The issue started apparently from something being bumped or moved, so it should be reversable. It could be as simple as someone having wired up a high-speed fan-switch and having disconnected the wiring down the line. If they cut the wire away from the CCRM (which is easier for someone to do. Seems logical) and that wire became grounded, it would turn the fan on.
You just need to spend about 1 minute with your meter seeing what is going on at the CCRM. It might be a 2 minute fix for you.
