This morning when i started my car i noticed that there was a kind of clicking or ticking fan noise that sounded like it was coming from a black box under the passenger side floor board. Has anyone heard a noise like this and diagnosed what it is? I'd like to fix it myself if its a simple thing to fix. Thanks!
