Who attended? What did you think? Why the hell didn't you stop by, introduce yourself and say hi? :)

I, personally thought it was an unorganized disaster when compared to last years event? Had a boatload of fun, regardless. About 25 cars came down from the GTAMC (Greater Toronto Area Mustang Club - www.gtamc.com). We basicly took over the Amerihost Inn with 3 late night / early morning, parking lot parties. Complete with a fireworks display :nonono:  :nice: :canada: :D .

Well, did ya take home any hardware?

Saturday:
Top 25

Sunday:
Peoples Choice and Class Award

There was no 'Club Participation', 'Best Engine', 'Best Paint' or 'Best in Show', this year. No '4 footers' at all this year. The overall organization of the show lacked huge, this year, unfortunately. Oh well. We (GTAMC) had a great time. 25 cars from Toronto.

How goes the Cobra search?

I gave up. Unless of course, someone offers me a petty penny for the car. ;) Just didn't get the offers, I thought would come. I did around here. Howevr, I didn't want to see it go locally. It's always the way though.
If you subscribe to Modified Mustangs, you'll undrstand in a couple days why it's off the market......

Hey, I was there. My first FFW actually. I don't know what your car looks like, so I didn't say hi. Why don't you post a pic?

I was only there Saturday and thought it was a pretty cool event. I didn't bring my car, we took my g/f's 97 GT vert up there. I think after looking at all the SN95's with light/roll bars, she's gonna get one :nice:

I'm sure once I see a pic of your car I'll remember it.

Some people haven't got the luxury of being able to mess around online while at work, remember :D

Did you take any pics, Jeff?

BTW, we haven't really talked in a while but I've added lots of bling to my engine as of late :nice:

I attended. Met Jeff again.... a class act.

It was definately poorly organized. Fewer in attendance this year as well. Rumor has it that FFW has it's problems and those problems start at the top.

They need a completely new administration with actual organization skills. If they do not change soon, FFW will go down in flames!

If they do not change soon, I will not attend again. NMRA will dominate!

On a positive note....... I got to see Dan Millen run a 6.99 ET. I'm not a fan of Livernois motorsports, but that car was a rocket going down the track!!! :hail2:

Dale. As always (twice. :D), it was a nice seeing you, again. That Bullitt of yours, is simply gorgeous. The perfect combo of clean mods.

Problems at FFW, 'starting at the top', is right. We have exchanged emails with Pat, one of the main judges for FFW. Or, shoudl I say "used to be one of the main judges'. It turns out that the full story wasn't given to us when we had asked where he was. Pat is no longer with the organization. I'm sure some big changes will happen for next year, however. Or, like you said, the NMRA will dominate. Time will tell.
That 'Dan Millen pass' was incredible. I can never get enough of that racing. Just give me one pass at half throttle. LOL. Okay....quarter throttle. Damn. Those guys launch, have a little wheel shutter, seem to shut it down, then launch from a roll and still make a 9 second pass. LOL. That's not right!!! :nice:
