Hard to be accurate without knowing track conditions and how you have it tuned.
14’s should not be a problem with your setup. If you can get it to hook up and have it tuned properly you might get into the 13’s.

I have a pretty similar combo in my '66. I have Twisted Wedge heads but with much lower compression (in the 8's). I also have less gearing (3.55's). Long tube headers, RPM intake, 650 carb, similar cam XE268H, and I ran 13.91 last year with absolutely zero launch. 2.2x second 60 footers every time.

I just recently swapped to an Edge converter myself.
WOW!!!
Totally transformed my car. I am amazed at the performance now. It was a bogging no take-off sloth and now it is a tire burning beast. I will be going back to Altanta Dragway in the next few weeks to better my time.
Should be no problem.

Oh yeah. If you have decent traction I believe you can run 13's in your slightly heavier '67.

I also agree that traction will be the biggest obstacle in going 13s.

with traction and a real carb, you'd probably be surprised at how quick it can be. I think it will run just fine though, should be torquey down low, while still pulling good up top. I like the Thumper heads, especially for the money.

yeah, he's doin my heads complete port and polish, using my valves and springs for $500. Half the price of aftermarket, so I'm happy. the carb will stay for now, but i'd be ecstatic if i'd pull a 13.

Since you have the tires already, I would give it some tryout runs before getting traction bars. Even some cheap slappers will be an improvement if you have bad wheel hop.
