Well, after almost 2 years, I drove the car today!

It has been way to long since the last time that I drove the car. I had forgotten how much fun these cars really are, and how much I have missed the car.

Here is a quick pic from the test drive today.

Thanks guys...

Ron, I will give you a call tomorrow.

The wheels are Vintage 45's in 16x8 with Yokohama 225/50ZR16's on them. On Monday the rears will be changed out for a set of 245/45ZR16's since there is more than enough room.

How does it drive? Did you get a chance to get up to speed or did you just putt aroung the block? How are you changing out the tires? Did the tire place let you try a set?

Oops....OK, talk with you tomorrow John....looking good!!!!

It drives great. Considering that I just did a garage alignment. I just drove it arround the block. Probably did not go over 40. (eyes just started to water) Yea, the guys at the tire shop let me try them out.

That's great John. At least one of us is getting somewhere with our car!!!!! I think you need to get the windshield in it and drive it to Houston next time business calls...hehehe. I was just looking at your website and memories of your neighbor yelling at me for hammering came streaming back.

You mention the time that the neighbor was upset about the hammering. I grin every time that I start the stang now. The Flowmaster 2.5 inch exhaust is quite how shall I say... noticeable.
