thursday, august second i am getting my stupid door ding strips pulled off. I am going to a local ford dealer body shop who quoted me at 280 to repaint the one door as well. He said that he does not even have to repaint the whole door to blend the paint together because mineral grey is a very easy colour.

Anyways, this post is kinda pointless but i just thougth that i woul dshare my excitement with you all

I will post pics aftre it is done.

My next mods will be :cobra rockers, mach 1 chin spoiler and grill delete

Who put those on to begin with? Are they stuck on there or screwed on? If they are on with sticky adhesive cant they be removed with a heat gun and then have the doors buffed out?

they are stuck on.....the paint is pealing under my one strip aswell because the door has been repainted before i owned teh car......the other is supposed to come off with head gun

I need to get rid of my door dings as well. I have mineral grey but I am scared of taking them off and having the paint peel. They dont look THAT bad do they?

its alot cleaner with them off
