finally have some results!

well after months of bull**** and setbacks, the car is finally back together and running mighty fine might i add... car has a new aode w/ a shift kit and alto reds as well as a Edge 2400 stall. on the dyno the car made 256.94 for hp and 278.96 for tq. i guess u really do lose alot through the auto trans...

i was trying to get my dyno sheet scanned in but evidently my scanner doesnt want to work, so ill have to hold off on that. this was on a dynojet btw

Sounds like an awesome set up. Very respectable street car and fun ride I'm sure. You'd prolly be 285 thru stick. Track heat would give you more with little sacrifice of low end. But.. there's always the "more" bug...dont get too caught up in that.

yeah bro, i never realized how much u lose through an auto... plus running 18s im sure didnt help either... the car sounds INSANE w/ the borla stingers, but im definitely needing some tail pipes put back on... inside the cabin the sound and smell is a little rediculous now... but all in due time...

who knows whats n ext

Jimmy, was it worth all of the hassles to get here?

Yes indeed, roughly 23% and that'll vary depending on how much torque converter slippage there is. A higher rpm stall converter can sometimes cause a slight loss on the dyno but that doesn't matter. What does matter is how well the car performs at the track.

eh, yes and no. the car is insane, but im still getting used to it for DD use. the dumps definitely got to go, i see tailpipes in my near future!
