I actually like the NT over the SC..

I believe it. They are marketed for people with a little higher income. NT does a great job with their houses. SC houses can be pretty bare. That La Center one is tuning out nice, sales are just slow. The guys who are running those houses up there have gotten lazy to the point in which a lot of stuff isnt getting done or its just half arsed. Let me know how they are to deal with... I could use the leverage.

Chung scared some guys out of La Center one day who were dumping the garbage in our dumpster, the story was kind of funny the way Chung went about scaring them. Is it his buddy who you are helping move in up there? He said his friend bought one of those up there.

How is real estate working out for you, anyways?

If you head south on 137th, take a left onto 39th, then a right on 141st. Im down there a ways, you couldnt miss brand new houses in that part of town.

That 27xx is a neat house. Its the first one SC has built. I walked trough it last week, I'd like to see it when it gets all done.

lol Look at my setup it should keep up with you, lol I get so much wheel hoop, my rear veiw mioror comes off and flys in the back seat. I ran agasnt this fox at the track that ran a 12.56 at 106 and 1.7 60's, and I ran a 12.82 at 109 with a 1.89 60, & i was running the 125 wet shot with the stock intake manifold then. I got more power, just need to get the launch to stick. This wheel hoop has killed 3 T-5's and one rear end of mine.
