I made this pass in 10/01 for MM&FF magazine and taped it. I finally bought DVD Xpress and converted it from analog to Digital. Can I email this to someone to host for me? This was my turbocharged 99 GT on the bone stock longblock, stock trans(except converter, shift kit & cooler), TDC Turbo System with T-76, Accel Gen 6.0 DFI tuned by Job Spetter & Aeromotive fuel system with 66 lb injectors. The car was built by Jade Performance and I sold it about a year ago. I can finally share this video with people. Sorry the file is so big. I haven't learned how to compress it yet.

Hey,

It's great to see you guys as well. Unfortunately, I did sell the car about a year ago once I found out my wife was pregnant with our first child. The apartment was great for 2, but not for 3. Anyway, since then, I left Mercedes Benz, accepted a great offer from one of the largest insurance companies, had a baby boy and bought a house. I have been busy to say the least, but I'm all smiles when I hear or see a mustang go by.

Now that I have taken care of my family, I'm actually on the hunt for a clean low mileage 87 Grand National. I received the ok from the wife so now it's just a matter of time.

I trimmed down the video to 10 mb and emailed it so it would be a little easier to download. I'm sure it will be posted sooner or later. If anyone wants, I can download the full video of all of the passes that were made that day by GTs & Cobras including Jimmy V.s passes and a few other well known people. I'm sure it will be probably 100 mb, but I could break it up. I'm like a kid with a new toy using the DVD Xpress.

No Host yet I see. I'm in the process of setting up a web page to host all of the drag racing videos that I have taken over the years.

This is making me crazy. If anyone has a site that they recommend, I will pay for the space online. I have a domain name, but have no experience in this area. Worse case, send me an email and I will gladly email the video to people or put it on a shared drive for those using winmx.com

I will try again. It says that it was sent on my end. I wonder if 10 mb is too much on your side.

Is there a way to use your own computer to host your domain? I have a domain and enough hard drive space to dedicate 20+GB without a problem.

I just emailed a few copies again. This time the video is trimmed down to 1.59 mb. I think this should work much better even though the quality is not as good.

If you right-clicked, save-as, try renaming the files to *.wmv if it saved them as *.wmx. Then they should work.
