You can re-pin the Painless harness to accommodate the SN95 computer. I was going to use a Megasquirt that was for a 94/95 Mustang and DIYAutotune guys gave me the pinout mods to make that work. I'm sure you can simply swap them for the factory computer as well. I don't have the info that they had shared but it's probably out there on the web.
