Just got done after about 11 months of floor pan replacement new brakes, fuel lines, gas tank, bushings, shocks, rust removal and body panel welding.

Took me 2 months to clean and paint and polish my engine bay, and the other day I put on my new headers and dual exhaust system. It was a piece of cake and fun to do.

Thanks Preen for the ram, works perfect.

Now I just want to say that I fired her up today, and she came on strong as hell. The guy who rebuilt the engine before I bought it told me they assembled it .030 over and a mild cam. Still has the 2bbl which I had rebuilt.

I also want to say if anybody is looking for a really nice sounding set of turbo mufflers, try Eliminators. My car is totally raw, no sound deadner, no interior, no trim or tailights or anything on it whatsoever, just a seat bolted in to drive to the body shop, and I was amazed at the sound.

I can only describe it as a sweet muffeled tinny rappy. It is exactly what i was looking for, since this aint no race car but now just sounds the way its gonna look, just a classic candy apple red with Torq thrust D's. No bells and whistles, just a flat black grill .

But those mufflers are really sweet sounding. It is not obnoxious at idle but you can hear the cam and this thing winds right up. Love it. If it sounds this good without anything in it, I think its really gonna sound classy when the carpet and door panels are on and trunk is covered. Totally opposite of the Thrush Surbo Turbos I have on my 71 Camaro stroker- you punch that thing and its like open headers. But thats a nasty car, this one is just a cool American Classic.

Thats it just a heads up for my 67 Stang!
