okay since the gay factory POS quadrent broke on me 2 weeks ago, I got the billet quadrent and firewall adjuster. Now I got a problem, after the install with the firewall mount all the way out as high as it says peddle travle is. It still engauges at the floor, I mean you really need to step on it to engauge and disengauge. It seems like the facotry quadrent sets like an extra 1-2" peddle travle. Any likley suggestions. add spacers? worn clutch?

any idea?

hmm, thats really strange, I have a 3 claw quad and its on the middle claw and still leaves plenty of pedal. i think my firewall adjuster is about the middle too. Do you have the correct Clutch pedal? And is your fork possibly bent? Did you get a single claw? or triple claw quad?

Yes. Probably because of a stretched cable. I had the same problem with my SVO, but with the 3 hooks i was able to adjust to an acceptable level.

I have another cable, should I just go ahead and use it just to see if its stretched? The one thats in there was replaced about 6 months ago so I'm a little curious to see if it stretched... I'll check for a bent clutch fork and get back to you all...
