I know its just for sound, but I just ordered some axle back Boomtubes.
I know the best bang would be a tune, but if you took a different route like me, what was you first mod?

My first mod was my SLP loudmouths. I was tired of driving a musclecar that you couldnt hear lol, more specifically one that I couldnt hear. But now the bug has taken a hard bite, have HID's, Pypes xpipe, jlt intake, SCT tuner with brenspeed tunes, 4.10s and sequential tail lights all going in this month lol.
This first mod is only your beginning lol.

my first mod was the all weather floor matts, though that hardly counts, so maybe I'll say my first mod was a 3D Carbon Eleanor Grill, which I just sold on ebay last week.

Congrats on the boomtubes. You'll love them. I get comments on mine all the time. It really is an amazing sound, exactly like what a muscle car should be. Not too loud, not too hollow, mean, aggressive.. sophisticated.

EDIT: couple things on the boomtubes. You may want to buy some regular old exhaust clamps from a local parts place. My boomtubes came with some fancy type clamps that broke. The boomtube came loose and was rattling a bit. I have heard others complain of the boomtubes rattling, and I think it is because of the clamps. I bought some regular U clamps at autozone for 5 bucks and solved that problem. Also, you may want to put some dynamat on the steel, under the carpet, on the front passenger and driver foot wells. There is a bit of drone at 2.5k rpms, from those footwells vibrating like a steel drum. Other than that, your good!

My first mod was sequential taillights. Next was the SHR lower grill inserts, that are half covered up by my front license plate. amnit:

Actually, my stock mufflers seem louder than the guy down the street from me. He has the same year and color car as mine.

I had to order my car and it took forever to come in, so I had a pile of parts with no car. The dealer put on my wheels and tires for me before it left the lot. I drove it for the day, then came home and put the axle backs and suspension on it.
