First time at the track with the 03

I just wanted you guys to analyze my slip...Mods are in sig... I have not had the car tuned which I was told I probably need, and I am on stock goodyears. Also this was my 1st time down the track with the cobra. It has 3,000 miles on it. Is this a decent time and mph? I know 12.6 is fast, but the expectations are just so high for these cobra's

but then i see my insurance bill and i'm happy i got a GT

Good times. Once you get more experienced at the track expect to drop even more from your times

The funny thing is.. I was one of the slowest 03 cobra's there!! There was one guy running 11.7's @123 and a few others running 12.0's-12.2's... But then again they all had the 2.8 or 2.9 pullie. I figured it was a good starting point, I just thought maybe my time should be better, considering some cobra's can get 12.6-12.7 stock

You have a low 12 trap on that time slip but I also assume you were on street tires by that 60'. Stickies will put you low 12s easily.

Yes I was running stock goodyears... I have heard people pulling 1.9's from the stock tires which is amazing! I was pretty happy with the car, I am hoping for low low 12's next time out with tires

congrats on the times. those are alot quicker than mine. good job though, i'd be interested to see what your times are the next few times you go.
