Special cars man, The reason for my power loss, the muffler fell off my 85 2.3L
Why oh why was everthing on the interior grounded through the muffler. I just can't figure it out. I sat the jumper cables down on my car while connected to the battery, right after words jumped thinking i'll get shocked, nothing. So i repeatidly did this on the body of my car. The battery was only grounded to the engine, none of the ground was going through the rest of the car.
So i took a wire from the battery ground on the engine to the little black wire that connects right next to the battery/radiator and whalla, everything is back.
STUPID MUFFLER GROUND?????
