I'm replacing my carpet..... I saw a video on YouTube about it, and there is an electrical box or breaker on the driver's side floorboard in the video I watched. My car is missing this part. I have a ground wire in the same location. What is that ground for and what is the breaker box for that my car is missing? Thanks.

Can't help you unless you provide the link to the video. I am not aware of an electrical box or breaker on the driver's side floorboard.

At around the 7:09 Mark. He's removing a bracket for what he calls a "relay". What is the relay for? My 93 is missing that bracket and relay.

That's the fuel pump relay for a 87-91 Mustang.
On 92-93 Mustang, it is under the hood, mounted below the Mass Air meter.
