Floppy meaning they won't retract all the way after opening the door? That's what happened to my drivers side. Ford is aware and my dealer replaced both under warrenty.
The spring becomes dislodged from the handle. You have to remove the entire moving part of the handle and replace it. The spring is actually molded into the plastic and the new part has to be painted. It's not a bad job and it's covered under warranty. I did my own on the driver's side. Had to take the glass out, but it's not too bad.
