Flowmaster 40 Series VS. 40 Series Deltas.

the deltas are one chamber right? it's just louder outside on the deltas with lower interior noise at the same time.

i have flowmaster 40's delta flows and they're freakin loud inside and out anyways.

Actually both are 2 chambers ...similar in exterior sound levels ...but with a slightly different type of sound. As far as power differences, the Super 40's supposedly flow better, but you won't notice any difference.

I'd like to know as well I have 40s on mine and just put a catted prochamber on, its not as awake as some claim it would be. Maybe it will wake up when I increase the pipe size

If you wanna wake it up, you'd have to lose the cats. The prochamber isn't a loud midpipe to begin with - quieter than Hs and Xs ...with cats on it it's not going be too loud at all, but I'm sure it sounds nice and clean though ..prochambers do have a really good tone when paired with Flows

With the stangs i've heard, i get the idea that the original 40 series Flows are louder than the Delta series ones. The new Super 40's are supposed ot be quieter inside, same on the outside, and better flowing.
