Flowmaster exhaust kit--Rear seat removal?

I'm going to install my flowmaster exhaust kit tomorrow and it says that the rear seat has to be removed to drill a hole for a bracket. I need to know how to remove the rear seat. Also for those who have this kit any pointers on the install to make it easier would be great. I'm also installing my tri-y headers tomorrow, any pointers on that would be great also

For My coupe back seat, you just pull up and then out, they come out pretty easily, if it is a FB or CV i wouldn't know. I've never installed an exhaust kit before so I wouldn't be much help

It's better to just weld the bolt in for the hanger. Still gotta remove the seat though...

good idea to weld it on have not thought of that, love using my mig!!
