i was thinking about swapping my stock radiator from my auto GT for a fluidyne, but what i wanted to do is use a 5-speed radiator and use a external tranny cooler to cool the tranny fluid. I have been thinking about this for like 2 weeks. any reply would help on what you guys think about this set up and thanks in advance ...... dont know if this belongs here in tech of talk just place it where it belongs

Nah use the auto one with a external tranny cooler and run the fluid through both cooler assemblies.
