About 2 years ago I had my flywheel resurfaced. Im finally putting the car back together, I went to get my flywheel and it had rust on the finished surface. I used a wire brush to remove the rust, do you guys think the flywheel is still ok to use.

i would have no problems putting it in my car--you can even put in your sig that you have a "seasoned" flywheel.

If it was just a light surface rust like you'd find on your brake rotors after a couple days of rain, you'd be perfectly fine using it. Just give it a cleaning with some brake cleaner and toss it in. The clutch disk will take the rust off the friction surface.
