lol. Did you get all of the bolts out? I think there are 5 or 6. An impact gun is nice here! Or have someone hold a ratchet on one of the nuts on the crank pulley, and turn the bolts on the flywheel.
Assuming you got the flywheel bolts out, and you are speaking of a manual transmission flywheel, here is my guess.
The flywheel is bolted directly to the crankshaft. There is a circular metal plate, which has the 6 holes in it. I think a really long flat-head screw driver should be able to reach. Then, use the screwdriver to pry it out. You may need to hammer it inbetween the flywheel and the crankshaft plate.
BTW, my flywheel came right off without any troubles. I forgot to hold it when I took the last bolt out, and the damn thing almost hit me in the head!!!
I can't imagine why you are having problems if you have the 5 or 6 bolts removed.
