I'm doing a carb swap on a 95 5speed convertable ..the block I have Is from a 74.I'm using the t5 trans have the 5.0 bellhousing... my question is what size flywheel do I need to use because I purchased a 164 but now doing some searching for a clutch I think im supposed to use a 157. Thanks
The 5.0 flywheel , 81-95, is 157 tooth and 50 Oz balance. If you are planning on using a 5.0 era clutch, you need a mutt flywheel. 157 tooth and the 28 Oz balance,
I am hoping the later starter will fit with this combo and your bellhousing.
