Im putting a new clutch in my car and i want to get a new flywheel. What should i get? I am putting a spec stage 3 in because i dynoed at 477rwhp. Any opinions will be great.

from what I've heard Spec fly with spec clutch... steel vs aluminum I never found a solid answer... so I went steel

I went aluminum,and after the break in period with my McLeod clutch AND getting used to launching,I'm totally happy.
