I am going to put an H4 Relay conversion kit in the Mustang relatively soon and I also plan on adding GT Fog lights. I was wondering what's the best way to do this with the conversion in mind. I'd like to get the most out of those lights as well as the halogens I am putting in.

The H4s are basically a drop-in replacement for the sealed beam lights. In fact, I put an in expensive set off of e-bay in my car yesterday and well, just DAMN. The light is awesome. The car looks meaner and I can see better. (Well, I could if I was driving the car lately, which I'm not due to my preparations for the engine-swap and my recent deployment.)
If you search this forum, for H4 relay you will find some schematics. Or you can order a kit from summit. The local parts stores can special order it for you too. I'll probably make my own. The kit from summit is made by APC and is part number amc-509102. Yes that's from memory cause I spent most of the day going to parts stores trying to buy the damned thing!
Maybe I should rephrase my question a little. I am already sold on the H4 conversion. I am in the process of putting in GT fog lights at the same time. Figured might as well, since that was on the to-do list. So my question is what do I have to do to get my fog lights hooked into the relays. Not sure if anyone has done that or not.
I haven't done it yet, but plan to. When I do, I will use one new relay for them instead of trying to tie into the headlight relays for a couple of reasons. One, I want them to operate independantly. Two, I want to be sure there is plenty of capacity to power all the lights including the surge when they are switched on.
