Fog Lights

Help... My fog lights don't work i check the fuse box , the fuse is good but no power at all on fuse #15. I would apriciate some help , my car is a 93 GT can i fix this my self.:

Plus you could go underneath the car and make sure everything is connected alright?

I normally choose to check the switch (or relay, if applicable) output-terminal with a test light/DMM. If you have output but no light illumination, then check the wiring at the lights and work backwards.
