What amps are the lights?
are you using relays or just wired it up to the stock switch?

So how can check if my fogs lights are drawing power while the car is off? I think this is why I was having trouble with my battery dying back in day after I hit a curb, so I had tried to do this relay thing run the fog lights with out the headlights deal. I want to be able to check if some where down the wiring something is running hot and possibly draining my battery.

@Reddevil91 If I understand your problem, you think your fog lights are draining the battery (?) just take the hot wire off the fog lights (pull the fuse?)

Yes though I do think my fogs are an issue and pulling power for no reason.

The foglights are the same as stock just with clear lens H3 bulbs Its been around 10 years since i worked on the car I can remember if the stock foglights worked before i know that the lens was missing on the one and the bulb was burned out.15a to 20a fuses

Unless someone has modified it, fog lights won't turn on without ignition on & headlights on. If it keeps blowing the fuse, it's likely that a previous owner has re-wired it. Early GT fog lights are a problem.

BTW, there are no relays in the headlamp or fog lamp circuits. It's a very bad design which should never have been approved by the Chief Engineer or the lead electrical engineer.

Most of the info is here: https://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/resources/87-93-gt-fog-lamp-main-light-switch-fix.59/

Check your fog light wiring from the lights to the switch, make sure there are no bare wires grounding out, then update the system using a relay. There is a schematic somewhere around here for that.
you never did post a link to the lights you got.

Very time consuming with all the wire wrapped and with conduit.

This may not fix your problem if you have a shorted wire.

I would not be surprised to find melted wires behind the main light switch.
