Did Ford ever put an aluminum head on any of its small-blocks from factory?
I have a buddy who wants to save some weight and is looking for a cheaper way to get aluminum heads. Performance isn't the big issue, but it would be an added bonus.
I've heard of GT40P/X/Y but I've never done any research into stock aluminum heads for Fords. So I don't even know if those are aluminum units.
