Ford Factory Remote Start on Mustang????

Will this kit work on our mustangs? Clicky - Clicky I have a 1991 5.0. I like the factory ford remotes. It says it works on 2001-2002 mustangs. I am sure it can be adapted to fit. I have installed numerous remote starts and I am pretty good at it, but I do not want to drop $100+ dollars and cut up the harness for the remote start and then it will not work and I would not be able to sell it. Anyone heard of someone doing this? Thanks Travis

Any remote start needs to do 3 things.

1. Turn on the ignition.
1. Provide power to the starter.
1. Stop providing power to the starter at the proper time.

If it can do it on one car it can do it on any car, it's all about the installer making the correct connections.
