Got a mustang with a no crank no start Starter solenoid gets hot also has code of B1 867. Battery connections are tight no wiggle room. With the key on I have the check engine light an battery light on battery was fully charged. So I'm not sure if it's the pcm that's gone bad an the starter or one or the other

The first indicator that your battery is bad.

Battery connections are tight no wiggle room.

With the key on I have the check engine light an battery light on
This is normal

battery was fully charged.
What method did you use to determine that the battery is fully charged?
So I'm not sure if it's the pcm that's gone bad an the starter or one or the other
I think you're getting ahead of yourself. I'm relatively certain that your battery is no good.

Do you possess a multi-meter?
