Formula to calculate LSA?

Can someone tell me the formula to calculate lobe seperation angle?

The cam Im trying to find figure out is the one that comes in the ford racing 460 crate motor, heres the specs if someone cares to try to figure it out, Im not so great at math. Or just give me the formula heh.

Hydraulic Flat Tappet

intake - 310°
exhaust - 320°
intake - 0.588"
exhaust - 0.614"

take the intake centerline+exhaust centerline/2. neither specs you listed but should be on the cam card as should the lda(lsa, lca)

oh, Im only looking at the website, thats why Im asking, Im really just trying to figure out what the characteristics are of the cam that comes in the crate motor.

bhp maxes out at 6000rpm it says, torque 5500rpms or so. Thats about all I know.

then it is impossible to know the lsa.

the only fourmula i know of is the one to determine the overlap(lope) of the cam will have, but u need the lsa on the cam. intake [email protected] plus exhaust [email protected] divide by 4 minus LSA times 2. should get to high of a number. maybe 15-20 tops.
