My ignition switch, starter solenoid, battery went out a month ago....I replaced those parts and the mustang is firing up with no problem but is running rough and fouling plugs, Im not driving it or anything but this is how its currently acting while it sits still.....The stang is a daily driver and before this i have had no problems with it....I am curious to whether the computer may have been fried in a certain component when the electrical ignition switch went out???....Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

If you have a safety pin, you can pull codes yourself in about 5 minutes.

If you let it warm up, does it run smoother?

Which plugs were fouled?

Nah, it doesnt run smoother as it warms up man....Its fouling on all 8 plugs...It will go from running smooth and then start skipping and then go back to smooth, it will do this constantly.

Is it dropping cylinders maybe? Causing the plugs to foul. Are they the correct plugs? Maybe the ignition control module is on the fritz and not sparking correctly. If I understand you correctly it sounds like it has a miss?
