Has anyone seen this before?

From the looks and specs on it - this thing is amazing! Seems like its exactly what a daily driven and electric fan converted Fox needs.

Yes, we put this on the 68 EFI project car. Works PERFECTLY. And cuts the 747 jet engine noise from the SPAL fan completly. Coolent temp stays rock steady as the fan varies in speed automatically to keep it steady. Make sure you get the right one for your current draw (amps). The device does have a spike current protection circuit too so that's not a big worry. One's going on my car when I switch to an electric fan.

The fan was bought seperatly. The device described above is a fan control module. It regulates the speed in rpm that the fan spins based on temperature. The higher the temp, the faster it spins. So it only spins fast enough to keep the coolent temp at a pre-set level. This keeps the fan from running full blast all the time cause the Spal fan is EXTREAMLY loud...

Not sure what the fan cost, my project partner is the finance manager (read-he pays the bills) but I can find out. It might be faster to check a Spal dealer. Not sure the model-it's the high end racing fan...

Good to hear it works. It looks like the guy has done his homework engineering it.
