If it's the one i'm thinking of, it belongs to "393Bird", a guy i've talked to over on carbdford.com. As you might have guessed, it's a stroked 351W and was in one of the 'stang mags a while back. His side exits go up through the floor and out the sides, and he worked the floor pan so that it comes out the side of the body like the above picture.
It's probably the baddest Thunderbird of this body style i've ever seen.
