Hello,I bought an old tranny that's suppose to be from a Fox 5.0.The part number that I can make out is 1352-065-908??..I can't find this number on a search.Does anyone know what it is??Is it even a 5 speed?The housing says 'basic 4"?Thanks for any info.,Jason
Is the number actually stamped on the tranmission case or is that off the tag held on by one of the bolts? You need the number off the tag. The numbers stamped on the case are just part numbers for the case.
You need the numbers off a metal tag that should be on the bellhousing.
If the tag is gone, there are 3 numbers on the countergear that will tell you the gearset. Of course it would require opening the trans up.
There are some other clues that you can use if you don't have the tag. Is there a NSS on the top? Is there a 3rd bolt on the driver's side of the trans?
