I will set my fuel pressure at 38 then I will reconnect the vacuum line and drive the car. After about 15 minutes of driving I will recheck the pressure with the line off and it will be back at 45. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I keep it set where I want it?

Off the top of my head, I'd start with small things like looking for kinks or dents in the return line. Have you made any other changes to the fuel system?

Matt's thought was the first that came to my mind too. Did it do it with the stock FPR too? If so, that would suggest a line issue.

Good luck.

The only other thing I can think of is maybe temperature is throwing the pressure reading off.
Are you setting the pressure with the car up to temp?

I wouldn't think it would have that big of an impact though....

Only other changes to the system is a 255 lph pump. I never checked the pressure when the stock FPR was on.
