Its a little thicker than stock, i like it...

i see the FR500 wheels but not the steering wheel. Anyone have anyother sites?

I changed mine because the leather was pealing off the top from the sun drying it out and the local dealer wanted $300+ (just for the parts not including labor) to replace it. Then i got into an accident and needed to get my airbags replaced so i bought the FR500 steering wheel and had them install it.

In short: If you dont mind the stock steering wheel, and there are no problems (like leather pealing off from old age) then i dont think it is worth it. Spend the money elsewhere.

This is a nice wheel I have one and am happy with mine. Try 5.0restoration or also known as latemodelrestoration instalation requires a wheel puller tool. Not to hard of a job. mustangworld.com has an install write up with pics. Also you there is the option of the 10 anniversary Cobra steering wheel. It has the carbon fiber embossed leather and a distinct shape to its wheel??

IMHO the best mod on my car...(you 'touch' the steering wheel more than anything else ine the car so one that feels better is definitly worth it to me)...
