2). Hot rod test results were similar, but I found a youtube dyno vid showing a dramatic difference between explorer and cobra upper manifolds. Let me see if I can find it.

3) toms son does the work now. I had my lower ported but him a few years ago.

Lost about 10 ft-kbs and 7 hp swapping the upper from a tubular GT40 to an explorer.

In the grand scheme of things are you gonna tell a 10lbft and 7 hp difference? (Just talking the two ford intakes)
And you can move things (torque and hp) around (up and down in the rpms) or sideways (move torque and hp numbers) with other stuff.
But you all know this, so I ask again (street car) is it worth it?
I would use either one on the street where low end torque is king.
But that's just my opinion based on what my car will be doing.
